Mail Merging

- Open Microsoft Excel.

- Add details (for example; Name, Date. Venue, etc...).

- Save the file under your documents.

- Open Microsoft Words.

- Fill in the topic of the letter that you desire.

- Go to the mailing bar.

- Press 'Start Mail Merge' and choose letters.

- To preview your workings just press the 'Preview Results' bar.

- Then you are good to go!

-Mozilla firefox

Search for .swf file > click the link > Tools > Page Info > Media > Save As...

 -Internet Explorer

*You will need to install an extension called "Sothink Flash Downloader"

Search for .swf file > click the link > Tools > Sothink Flash Downloader > Save

 -Google Chrome

Search for .swf file > click the link > click 'Customize and control Google Chrome' tab > Save page as...> Save
