I learn to make my presentation more interest without fuss and frustration. Instead of using video that we have like mp4, avi and etc, we could just use swf (shockwave flash Object). It's quite easy actually if you know hoe to do it. Just google for swf like "photosynthesis : swf". Save the page of the swf. Open power point and choose a blank slide. Press developer tab (if you can't find it, go to office button and click power point option. Enable the developer tab.). Click the tools icon and choose the type of file that you are using. In this case, shockwave flash object. Make a box and an "X" will appear. Click on the "X" box and right-click to go to the properties. Click on movie and paste the location of the swf file that you save by open properties on the swf file and the summary of the file will pop-up. Press "\" and paste the name of the file. Add ".swf" and done. Now you can play it in the powerpoint.

Today, I learned how to make my Ppt presentation way more cooler; using swf ! Rather than putting all the information in a few slides, we can add swf files into our presentation :D, yayy,

1. Search the swf files. From Google search, type anything that you are interested in, for instance brain anatomy

( type --> brain anatomy : swf )

2. Save the file/page to your desktop, remember to save it as .swf file !

3. Open your Ppt and click the developer tab.

4. Click the 'hammer icon' and the 'more control' window 'll pop up. Choose Shockwave Flash object

5. Create a box with your cursor and right click on it and choose properties.

6. Minimize the Ppt, and right click on your saved swf file on desktop. Choose properties and copy the location of the file. It should be something like this ; C:\Documents and Settings\ITLab\Desktop. Paste it in the pop-up window ( empty column beside 'movie' )in your Ppt. Refer step 5.

7. Then, add /filename.swf . For example : C:\Documents and Settings\ITLab\Desktop/brainanatomy.swf

8. We're done .click the slide show button & weeee...

thank you Dr. Ravi :D

Before this, I don't know that complete animations can be inserted into Microsoft Power Point without any technical problem. This technique is certainly useful for any presentations especially animations and nothing to worry about.

So then, here are the steps:

1. Find anything you want to search in Google, following at the back <space>:swf

e.g: gravity :swf

2. After pressing 'Enter', you'll find several search with [FLASH] category. Click the link and save the page at your desktop for better searching later.

3. Then, open Microsoft Power Point and activate 'Developer' section first. Then, you will find 'Developer' tab in that Power Point. Then, delete all the boxes in the page. Next, press hammer figure named 'More Control' and a box appear. Click Adobe Flash Player and press OK. Create a large box on the page and 'X' box will appear.

4. Right click on the 'X' box and choose 'Properties'. A long box will appear. You will see 'Movie' section in the box.

5. Right click the saved Flash file and click 'Properties'. Look at 'Location' and copy the address of 'Location'.

6. Paste the address into the 'Movie' box from Power Point. Type backslash after that. Then, copy the name of the saved file and paste in continually into the movie section box. Left click on the box and press 'Slide Show'.

7. Then here you are ! The animation is working !
